Led eco-friendly road-building using technologies like e-Marg, Samveg, and plastic waste integration.

• Jal Ganga Samvardhan:

Spearheaded one of India’s largest water conservation campaigns, featuring widespread well recharge and watershed development.

• PM Janaman Colony, Shivpuri:

Supervised the inauguration of India’s first housing cluster for tribal families under Adivasi Nyay Mahabhiyan.

• Community Infrastructure Development:

Ensured construction and refurbishment of Panchayat halls and community buildings across all villages.

• Women’s Self-Help Group (SHG) Empowerment:

Facilitated ₹3,584 crore in loans to over 1.6 lakh SHGs, supporting rural entrepreneurship and financial inclusion.

• Gram Panchayat Helpdesk:

Launched a centralized support platform to strengthen local governance.

• Rural Tourism Promotion:

Contributed to launching 241 homestays and training over 10,000 women as part of cultural tourism expansion.
